Treat for Exeter’s ice cream lovers

Described by James Martin on Saturday Kitchen as “the best bought ice cream available”, Simply Ice Cream will be reduced by 20% in Waitrose Exeter during May.

The ice cream is made the old-fashioned way: hand-made, in small batches, in the heart of Kent.

It only uses natural, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients and there are no artificial colours, additives or preservatives.

Waitrose will reduce the price on 500ml tubs of Dreamy Vanilla and Heavenly Honeycomb Crunch to £3.99.

The brand has won more than 20 awards for its ice cream, including the prestigious Gold Three Star award at the Great Taste Awards for its Heavenly Honeycomb Crunch. This is the highest accolade bestowed by the Guild of Fine Food.
