Redrow launch new development in Pinhoe
Award-winning house builder Redrow is delighted to announce the official launch of its new development in Exeter, The Harrington’s. To celebrate, Redrow is inviting local residents to come along to find out more at an Easter-themed event, which will support local businesses.
The launch event will be taking place on Saturday and Sunday, 30 and 31 March between 11am and 4pm in the marketing suite and three brand new show homes at the development, which is located off Harrington Lane, Pinhoe, in the stunning Devonshire countryside.
Well-known local business owner Matthew Whittaker will be parking his BikeCaffe Quad up to provide refreshments at the event, offering a unique coffee experience for attendees. Attendees will also be baking and decorating Easter cupcakes in the kitchen of one of the showhomes, with local business woman Bridget of Bridget’s Cakes.
Once completed, The Harrington’s will be made up of 230 desirable new homes, a mix of private and affordable dwellings, with a wide selection of two, three and four bedrooms built with the local community in mind. The mix of New Heritage Collection homes, designed for the dynamics of family life, is sure to attract couples and families from across the region and are priced between £239,995 and £379,995.
Emma Solman, area sales manager for Redrow (South West), said: “We are so excited about this new development and are looking forward to welcoming local residents over the Easter weekend. By involving local businesses, we wanted to bring a little bit of Exeter to Redrow – and vice versa!
“Pinhoe is a beautiful part of the country and The Harrington’s has been designed to create a superb range of family homes that captures the essence of traditional house building and will provide another example of quality and workmanship synonymous with Redrow.
“We have brought the underutilized brownfield site, formerly the Brick Works, back to life and in doing so will make a vital contribution to Exeter’s housing demand. As with all Redrow developments we will also be making substantial contributions to the local area in the form of a £810,000 education contribution and £800,000 contribution to highway and sustainable transport improvements.
“This well placed development is bound to prove popular, so make sure you come along to our launch event and register your interest to make sure you get pick of the plots!”
