The marketing community in Bristol came together for the launch of the Marketers Mixer, a dynamic new event designed to spark collaboration among professionals in the tech, innovation, and purpose-driven sectors. Hosted by Program, in partnership with Thought Quarter and Tech South West, the event featured expert talks and a lively panel discussion.

The evening featured a series of micro talks and a panel discussion, showcasing insights from regional marketing leaders. Speakers included Jane Halstead from Neighbourly, who discussed building brands as a force for good, and Paul King, who explored the rise of purpose-led businesses. Sam Armondi delved into AI's potential for deep brand understanding, while Natalie Edwards emphasised the importance of solid business cases for marketing strategies.

A highlight of the event was the panel discussion on humanising tech brands, providing attendees with practical strategies for maintaining brand authenticity in the digital age.

Caroline Orr, Co-Founder at Program, stated, "The concept of the Marketers Mixer is simply to bring people who work for tech, innovation and/or do-good brands together. These marketers often work solo so we want to help people find their peers within the industry to share, learn and socialise."

The Marketers Mixer is set to become a regular event in Bristol, offering an ongoing platform for marketers to exchange ideas, expand their networks, and explore emerging trends in tech-driven and purpose-led marketing.
