Cofton’s American Car Show Crowns Winners & Waggy Tails

3,500 car lovers, families and furry friends flocked to Cofton’s American Car Show to enjoy a weekend of amazing entertainment, festival frolics and award-winning hot rods. With over 200 cars on show from classic Cadillacs to mighty Mustangs, this year’s show was one of the best yet.

The biggest American Car Show in the South West, the event is now in its 7th year, and has built a reputation as a destination for motor enthusiasts as well as a great family day out. American car owners polished up their pride and joy to bring their car for a trip to the Devon coast to show it off to thousands of admirers. Saturday morning kicked off with a cruise through Dawlish town by the beach and back to Dawlish Warren Green so that passers by in the local area could catch a glimpse of a rare or unusual car as they parade by. Petrol heads entered their American cars into the judging to be awarded prizes, including this year’s winners:

The chequered flag may have gone down on this year’s car show, but start revving your engines because Cofton's American Car Show is coming back bigger and better in 2025 for another lap over the weekend of June 20th-22nd.
