Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park gains recognition for its business tourism facilities and services
Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park has been shortlisted in two categories in the 2013 Devon Tourism Awards in recognition of its business tourism facilities and services.
The family owned attraction has been shortlisted in the Tourism Superstar Award for Customer Service and the Large Visitor Attraction of the Year award categories.
As a finalist in the Tourism Superstar Award for Customer Service, the efforts of the Guest Services Team at Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park have been recognised. The team are committed to delivering great customer service day-to-day and continually enhancing the guest experience. Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park is also shortlisted in the Large Visitor Attraction of the Year award which recognises attractions with over 50,000 visitors that go the extra mile to ensure their visitors have a really enjoyable experience. This is a fantastic achievement for the family owned business which began almost 25 years ago as a modest tourism attraction, recreating a country childhood on a dairy farm.
Chris Down, Managing Director of Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park said; “It’s a real honour to have been recognised in two categories of the Devon Tourism Awards. I’d like to thank all of the Crealy team for their continued hard work in providing excellent facilities and customer service to all of our guests.”
The awards event, held on 13 November, is the highlight of the region’s tourism calendar and this year will be presented by Radio Devon’s Judi Speirs at The Grand Hotel in Torquay.
