Travel problems persist in Devon today as recovery works to clear Devon’s roads carry on throughout the day.
A man is in serious condition after falling into the River Lemon in Newton Abbot
Latest traffic incidents:
A358 Weycroft Bridge in Axminster closed in both directions near the Lodge Lane junction, because of flooding.
A377 in King's Nympton closed in both directions between the Station Road junction and the Pool Lane junction, because of a landslip.
A383 Ashburton Road Newton Abbot, both ways between Mile End Road and Love Lane
A383 Ashburton Road in Newton Abbot closed in both directions between the Mile End Road junction and the Love Lane junction, because of flooding.
A384 closed in both directions between Shinners Bridge in Totnes and Dartbridge Junction in Buckfast, because of flooding.
A3052 closed in both directions between Colyford and Boss Hill Cross, because of flooding.
A377 -The road is just passable on A377 between the Station Road junction in Newton St Cyres and the Bewsley Hill junction in Copplestone, because of flooding.
A381 Totnes Road in Abbotskerswell partially blocked between the Ogwell Road junction and the Whiddon Road junction, because of flooding and a fallen tree. Approach with care.
B3174 Seaton, both ways between B3172 New Road and A3052
B3174 blocked in both directions between Seaton and the A3052 junction, because of a fallen tree.
B3193 closed in both directions between Chudleigh in Christow and Dunsford, because of flooding.
Langford Bridge in Honiton closed at the Cheney's Lane junction, because of flooding.

Commuters were facing chaos this morning after severe gales and torrential rain lashed Devon overnight.
Officers warned motorists to be prepared for flooding and debris on the road this morning.
On the A30 at Clyst Honiton, Exeter there is a traffic light failure with police directing traffic.
Last night a car was blown over and landed on its roof at Teignmouth sea front.
At 7am today there were 76 flood warnings and 61 flood alerts in the South West.
South West Trains said there would be no service before 10am due to 35 trees blocking lines and flooding across the network.
The line between Tiverton and Exeter was also closed.
One commuter from Exeter sent a text to the BBC saying that she had been sat on the severely delayed 20:35 First Great Western Train from Paddington to Plymouth which had been stranded at Taunton since 1.45am.
No replacement bus services were available so passengers were sat on the train all night.
Devon and Somerset Fire Service dealt with a number of incidents including collasped scaffolding in Little Caste Street Exeter.
This morning Alan Quick told the Exeter Daily the A377 between Newton St Cyres and Crediton was only just passable due to flooding.

Devon - Flooding on Chapel Hill in Uffculme near the High Street junction. Approach with care.
Devon - Monmouth Street in Topsham closed near the Monmouth Hill junction, because of debris on the road. Approach with care.
Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue responded to 250 incidents including the following:
00:26 hrs - Blackaller, North Bovey - Fire crews carried out extensive pumping to remove floodwater from inside property.
00:40 hrs - Running Moor Lane, Hatherleigh - Fire crews diverted water away from property affected by floodwater.
00:52 hrs - B3261 Kilmington towards Axminster - Two persons rescued from car stuck in floodwater and taken to a safe location.
01:02 hrs - Littlehempston, Totnes - Fire crews pumped advancing floodwater from property and away from property to reduce water levels. Western Power were requested to attend for one electricity transformer on a pole partially submerged in floodwater at this location.
01:05 hrs - Littlehempston, Totnes - Fire crews assisted with salvage from property affected by floodwater and pumped water from property and surrounding area.
01:52 hrs - Bickley Mill, Stoneycombe, Newton Abbot - Two males stuck in vehicle in floodwater assisted from vehicle and escorted to a safe location.
