Exeter care home supports Pinhoe Community Fun Day
Cumberland Grange Care Home in Exeter supported their local Community Fun Day Event for the second year running on Saturday the 16th July.
Home Services Advisor Mica and Resident Maureen attended the Pinhoe Fun Day Event which was a fantastic fun filled day with market stalls, a large BBQ, singing and dancing. The event was put together to raise money to go towards the building of the new Pinhoe Community Hub which is going to be a marvellous place for everyone within Pinhoe and beyond.
Mica, Home Services Advisor at Cumberland Grange said: “To be able to sponsor and support our local community event is a great privilege. We also set up a small stand with lots of goodies which struck some great conversations with lots of different people. Being a part of our community is so important to us and we love to get involved with as much as possible.”
Our varied life enrichment programme keeps residents active, and provides a daily choice of engaging physical, mental and spiritual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
