People decide to lose weight for many different reasons. They may be concerned about their health, or want to change their appearance, or improve their quality of life. Many are initially successful losing the weight but then struggle to stop it piling back on.

Researchers at the University of Exeter Medical School are developing and testing a programme to help people keep off the weight they have lost. They want to hear from people who have successfully lost weight and are trying to maintain their weight loss (successfully or unsuccessfully!). By hearing their views and experiences, the team hope to develop a programme that will be effective, attractive and practical.

They will be holding the consultattion in March. If you would like more information, contact Leon Poltawski on 01392 725406 or L.Poltawski@exeter.ac.uk.
