Learn To Play Day is the annual flagship event of the UK based charity Music for All and Musicroom - part of the Music Sales Group - is a key sponsor and delivery partner. Offering free taster lessons on a musical instrument at hundreds of UK venues, Learn To Play Day creates learning spaces for people who have never before had the opportunity to pick up an instrument, or who are lapsed players keen to start again. As musical education in UK schools diminishes, getting involved in music is less available to many, and Learn To Play Day hopes to open up opportunities for all ages. Learn To Play Day continues to grow every year, with events planned nationally.
