Police renew appeal for witnesses following lorry collision on A30

At approximately 6.10am on Thursday 10 October a road traffic collision took place involving two lorries on the west bound A30 at Meldon Dip, near to Okehampton.

A white Scania rigid goods vehicle was stationary in lane one of the dual carriageway, having broken down, and was struck to the rear by another large articulated goods vehicle.

Police officers from Exeter serious collision investigation unit are keen to hear from anyone who may have driven westbound on the A30 at that time and passed the stationary vehicle prior to it being struck.
