Slow-moving traffic across Exeter due to rain

Update: According to Highway Operations Control Centre Manager Hugh Griffith (@hughHocc), Vaughan Road in Exeter is still flooded and closed. Cars are driving on the grass to get around closed signs damaging grass area.

The roads are busy this morning, with Vaughan Road in Exeter closed in both directions between the Whipton Lane junction and the Sweetbrier Lane junction, because of flooding.

Other slow spots include: 

A376 westbound between Clyst St Mary and Exeter

A377 in Exeter is busy, however traffic seems to be moving around Exe Bridges

There is slow traffic on A379 Bridge Road inbound in Countess Wear at Countess Wear Roundabout

B3212 Western Way has slow traffic in both directions in Exeter from the Old Tiverton Road junction
