Luke is through to the final!
Devon's Luke Friend once again found himself in the bottom two of last night's X Factor - but is on his way to the final.
Luke, from Teignmouth, faced a tough sing-off against boy band Rough Copy choosing to perform Keane's Somewhere Only We Know, which was recently covered by Lily Allen and made famous by the new John Lewis Chistmas advert.
Commenting on both performances, judge Gary Barlow said: "It was an emotional sing off. I think you both did well. You've done amazingly well to get this far."
But Gary, as expected, put his own act (Rough Copy) through.
Nicole Scherzinger told 17-year-old Luke: "You're such a diamond in the rough in this competition, you're so genuine and raw when you perfom and there's no doubt in my mind that you're going to have a great career after this."
However, she chose to put Rough Copy through after they performed End Of The Road by Boyz II Men.
Louis put Luke through (his act) and Sharon Osbourne declined to vote which sent the decision to deadlock relying on the public's vote, which Luke won.
He is now through to next week's final of the competition against Nicholas McDonald and Sam Bailey.
