Missing girl found safe and well

Bethany has been found safe and well in Plymouth

Police have said they are “growing increasingly concerned” for a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since yesterday morning.

Bethany Gordon, 13, was last seen yesterday morning at Barnstaple Retail Park wearing a green three quarter length coat, grey leggings and black and white shoes.

Police believe she may have made her way to the Plymouth area where she has friends.

Officers have begun searches in Barnstaple and Plymouth and are now appealing for the public to report any sightings of Bethany.

Anyone who has seen Bethany or knows of her whereabouts is urged to be contact police on 101, quoting log number 223 of 261213.
