The latest huge game in the Grecians’ run-in to the 2014/15 campaign comes against Newport County AFC at St James Park on Easter Monday.

With the Exiles sitting four points ahead of City in the final furlong, a home win would go some way towards fulfilling their play-offs ambitions. But Newport, who can boast away results including wins at Burton, Wycombe and Bury this season, have their own ambitions to look at.

New boss Jimmy Dack has the Welsh side on a run of five games without defeat – however Exeter are on an even better run of seven without a loss.

So another win for Exeter would make for a very happy Easter indeed and keep the dreams alive a little longer.
