A new Street Food Night Market is coming to Exeter.

The event will feature live music, salsa dancing, a 23m drop adrenaline-fuelled drop, massage, canoeing and much more from the same well known local organisers that have brought you the Exeter Street Food at the Guildhall and the Quay.

So what did you plan to do this Thursday - or any third Thursday in the month for that matter?

Well, thanks to the new market at Piazza Terracina you might be eating some street food, having a pint, getting a quick foot massage and then throwing yourself off Haven Banks 23m high tower (with full harness)!  These are just a few of the fully-charged activities you can take part in if you wish!

There are also plenty of activities for the more chilled out among us, such as the pop up bar, street food, live music and cafés... or just sit and enjoy the atmosphere!

AS Sports will also be running their established event The Splash where you can bring your own boat, and Haven banks Outdoor Education Centre will be providing guided and non guided boat, kayak and canoe tours for that night.

The Quay climbing Centre will also be getting involved and opening with buy one get one free offers.

Karen Smith, Managing Director at Exeter Street Food, said: “We are so excited to be introducing a night market at Piazza Terracina.

“All the businesses have been so forthcoming with activities there’s going to be something for everyone.

“From reflexology to a 23m freefall drop, we’ve never had these at one of our street food events before, it’s so exciting!”

The Street Food Night Market takes place at Piazza Terracina on Exeter Quay on Thursday 16 April.
