Oxjam Exeter tickets on sale

Oxjam Exeter Takeover  is delighted to announce tickets are now on sale. This year the main event is being held at Exeter Castle who is also hosting their own Exeter Castle Festival of Rugby. It means that Exeter music and rugby fans can be raising money for Oxfam, whilst enjoying Rugby World Cup Games on a large screen and an eclectic mix of Devon’s emerging, musical talent performing on the main stage.

Oxjam began in 2006, with the aim of creating a network of music-loving people across the UK, all united by a shared goal - to raise money to fight poverty and suffering around the world. Nine years on Oxjam is still going strong, with hundreds of incredible gigs taking place each October across the UK. This year’s Oxjam Exeter Takeover is set to be the city's biggest yet, with 5 venues and over 50 bands and Dj's taking part.

Local Music. Global Impact. 2015’s multi-venue, multi-genre event is an eclectic mix of emerging talent, and if it’s anything like last year’s phenomenal success – this year is geared to knock spots off it.

Oxjam Exeter Takeover is offering a main stage event at the Exeter Castle venue, with its affiliate venues offering a more up-close and personal experience. Music will span, jazz, rock, funk, reggae blues and folk. Stages will include Legends Live, an acoustic stage and a DJ showdown at Timepiece. There will be the best of Devon's food and drink on offer too, with two beer tents and a range of food stands.
