Bluebird Care Exeter staff recognised for achievements and long service

Last week Exeter based home care provider Bluebird Care, celebrated and recognised its staff for their achievements and service milestones.

The award winning care provider acknowledges how lucky they are to retain knowledgeable and highly skilled staff in such a competitive industry that traditionally has a high staff turnover rate.

The team at Bluebird Care invited their Care Assistants and office staff who had passed their probation period or a service milestone to presentation afternoons on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd February 2016.

Everyone enjoyed celebratory cakes and took advantage of the opportunity to socialise and celebrate such a positive thing with their colleagues.

All staff celebrating a long service achievement received gift vouchers or a bottle of bubbly and a certificate in recognition of their outstanding service. The Care Assistants who were congratulated on passing their probation periods were delighted to receive flowers and a certificate marking the occasion.

The awards and certificates were presented by Jackie Fyall, Business Leader (Registered Manager) at Bluebird Care Exeter.

Jackie said “I feel extremely proud of all the team who are celebrating today and would like to thank them for their passion, dedication and commitment to Bluebird Care Exeter. They all form an invaluable part of our team and without them we just couldn’t offer the outstanding care and support we do to people wishing to remain living independently in their own homes across Exeter.”
