Oxjam Exeter to host Buskathon

Oxjam Exeter’s 2nd fundraiser, the Live Below the Line challenge, had outstanding success; raising over £1300 – much more than they ever expected.

The whole team struggled through the challenge, feeling hungrier each day. But the generous donations from many kind people was great motivation.

The 3rd fundraiser ticks all the right boxes: music and food.

Team Oxjam Exeter are hosting a Buskathon at one of Exeter’s Street Food Night Markets, where a collection of local artists will be performing. Artists include: Boundless Brothers, Charlotte Ward, Anna Hamill and Samantics.

It will be held on Thursday 18th August at the Piazza Terracina on the quay in Exeter. The market starts at 4:30pm and music will be played from 5pm till 9pm.

All money received by the buskers through the night, will be kindly donated to Oxjam Exeter.

Come on down, enjoy tasty local food, listen to great music from talented local artists and help raise money for Oxfam!
