InExeter is delighted to announce that local city business Co Bikes is supporting this year’s sold out Slow Fashion Show.

Returning for its second year on 21 September, Exeter’s flagship fashion event, Slow Fashion, is the champion event for the sustainable fashion movement.  Founded and organised by Sancho’s in partnership with InExeter, this fashion forward event focuses on sustainable, environmentally conscious, innovative fashion. Co Bikes, the UK’s first electric on-street bike hire scheme officially returned to the city earlier this week and offers people a more sustainable way of travelling in the city. Mark Hodgson, Managing Director of Co Bikes said: “We have recently celebrated the first 25 of our brand new Co Bikes returning to Exeter. In the coming months, these will increase to just under a hundred electric bikes rolling out to 14 stationsaround the city.  We are proud to stand with local businesses that share our ethos of sustainability and Sancho’s Dress Slow Fashion Show is the perfect partnership.”

The Slow Fashion show is the closing event as part ofInExeter’s first Fashion and Beauty Week.  Running from 17-21 September, the week-long programme of events will be hosted across the city centre, celebrating Exeter’s diverse retail offering with many independent shops and High Street brands showcasing their favourite looks for autumn.
