ECFC trust members forum meeting date announced

The Exeter City Supporters’ Trust will be holding another members forum on Saturday 20th October at 11:00 in the Centre Spot Bar.  This meeting will see a presentation on the results from the recent Members’ Survey and will also host the adjourned items from the recent Trust AGM.

Members who attended the Trust AGM on 6th October will know that one resolution concerning our rule changes could not be resolved at that meeting. The rules dictated the Trust had to adjourn to a future date, which was agreed for this Saturday. That item of business will be dealt with at about 11.45 (if you asked someone else to be your proxy at the first AGM, they can do that again for you on Saturday - you may attend but you should not vote yourself unless your proxy cant come this time!)

Saturday’s meeting will also see City’s Chief Executive Julian Tagg speak to Club Chairman Ed Chorlton's Review of the last 12 months (available here). Between this and the vote on our outstanding resolution, Bernadette Coates and Andy Bratt will be giving initial feedback on the outcomes of the members Survey which 627 of you kindly filled out. The lucky winners of the prize draw will also be announced!
