Local Company pledge to remove barriers to rewarding employment

Home Instead Exeter & East Devon, a local award-winning home care provider, have extended their pledge to support present and future team members by becoming a ‘Disability Confident’ employer.

The Company provide care and companionship services to local residents, enabling them to live independently at home, and are the only home care provider in the southwest to have achieved a CQC rating of Outstanding in all areas of inspection by the regulating body.

This latest commitment will see the Company support current employees and those applying for a role with Home Instead by providing options and adjustments to suit, where possible. It is made in addition to their existing 5 Star Employer status, Age-friendly Employer pledge and Menopause Supporter initiative.

Recruitment Manager, Elliott Martin commented, “We are really pleased to have made this most recent commitment. We know it’s not a one size fits all approach when it comes to applying for a new job.
