Bradfords launches the ‘MoBros’ fundraising campaign to drive donations this Movember
Bradfords is this week launching their 2024 campaign with global men’s health charity Movember , once again supporting the charity’s focus on men’s mental and physical health and the challenges found in the construction industry. This year’s campaign launches “MoBros”, including announcing Exeter Chiefs RFC and England Rugby Player, Henry Slade, as a new signing at Bradfords high-performance fundraising team.
Bradfords is looking to exceed the success of their 2021 campaign, which saw the builders’ merchant raise £17,000, placing the organisation in the UK’s top 20 fundraisers alongside nationwide brands such as Barclays and Amazon.
The campaign video, which sees Henry Slade sign to the Bradfords Movember Fundraising Team, “MoBros” as team captain, launches the month of fundraising activity. This will include fundraising activities across the 46 Bradfords branches, including exclusive MoBros merchandise available in-branch with all proceeds going to Movember. Additional activity is planned including a 24 hour cyclothon at Bradfords’ Branch Support Centre in Yeovil. Donations to the Bradfords MoBros campaign can be made here:

Bradfords’ support for Movember aligns with wider commitments made across the business to support the mental and physical health of employees, communities and the wider trades, from mental health training for staff to the annual Miles for Smiles campaign which has united staff across the region.
Across the UK and worldwide men’s health is in crisis, with one in eight men receiving a prostate cancer diagnosis in their life and 12,000 deaths in the UK each year, and one man dying by suicide every minute of every day. By supporting Movember and bringing together partners and suppliers such as DeWalt, Sika, Stonemarket, Heidelberg Materials, OB1 and Garador, Bradfords can contribute towards addressing this crisis in our communities.
