Bigger, brighter and louder than ever, the 36th Exeter Gang Show is packed full of popular songs, dance and laugh out loud sketches and has everything to keep audience members of any age entertained.

The cast of almost 80 Cubs, Brownies, Scouts, Guides, Explorers, Rangers and their Leaders from across Exeter and the surrounding areas are swapping their hiking and camping kit for the bright lights, make-up, glitz and glamour of showbiz....

The weight of our vehicle is actually carried by the air in our tyres. Many of us miss out the fact that changing weather can have a direct impact on our tyre pressure and eventually our tyre performance. For example, when the temperature is high, tyre pressure increases whereas, when the temperature is low, tyre pressure decreases. Hot weather and increased tyre pressure can result in tyre blowouts. Whereas, low pressure in tyres can result in increased fuel consumption. Therefore, changing weather will always have its consequences.

New research released today has found that that over half (51%) of UK university students claim stress or anxiety to be the cause of sleep disturbance, with financial stress a leading cause (44%) - and 1 in 5 students getting fewer than 5 hours sleep each night.

The research, released by student accommodation search engine Mystudenthalls.com , has looked into the quality of student sleep for UK university students and found that the mental health epidemic is seriously affecting students' ability to sleep- with worrying consequences.
