Overnight closures on the A38 at Heathfield are due to start from the evening of Monday 27 April to enable a new bridge to be lifted into place. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) could provide an alternative non-drug treatment for people who do not wish to continue long-term antidepressant treatment, suggests new research carried out at the University of Exeter and published today in The Lancet.
