Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at an antiques centre in Devon
Then and Now Antiques on the fore Street in Chulmleigh, Devon was burgled over night between the 16th and 17th of December.
A number of gold items were taken including pocket watches and rings. In total, around £15,000 worth of jewellery were taken.
Police have released images of some of the items taken and would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area, or who may have been offered any of these items for sale.

Over 500 lots were offered to bidders in a busy auction room and online via thesaleroom.com. A number of stand out items attracted widespread interest and strong bidding. Lots ranged from traditional antiques and collectibles through to jewellery, ceramics and even motorbikes.
A record number of bidders registered to bid online and extra staff were drafted in to handle the number of telephone bidders.
Visitors to this year’s Honiton Show on August 4 could win a prize by estimating the value of an item to be sold at auction in September.
On display at the Chilcotts Auctioneers’ stand, number 28 in Avenue A, will be an antique miniature chest.
Visitors to the stand are invited to take a guess at the price the item will sell for when it goes up for auction at the Chilcotts September 10 ‘Fine Art, Antiques and Collectors’ Items’ sale at the Silver Street Sale Room.
To make a guess, visitors are asked to give one pound and the proceeds will be donated to Hospiscare,...
