'Focus Five' is a new award designed to help young people gain 'core employability skills'. The new name and branding, created by a local student, was revealed this week by the Exeter & Heart of Devon Employment and Skills Board, who have been working with local businesses and colleges on its development.

The EDBI (East Devon Business Initiative) held it's AGM on Friday 2nd November and appointed Peter Chubb as it's new Chairman. Peter gladly accepted his new role and looks forward to working with a vibrant new committee over the coming year as the group continues to expand and grow rapidly.
