Bloor Homes launches new Exeter region

On 1st July 2022 ‘Bloor Homes Exeter’ will officially launch as a new region for the company, creating new jobs and ensuring the continued delivery of its new, quality homes across the South West of England.

The company is currently investing £5m in a new regional headquarters located on Honiton Road, Exeter. When complete later this year, the new building will provide 17,000 square feet of modern office space for c.70 staff and includes green features such as solar PV panels, latest LED lighting technology and 20 charging points for electric cars.

To mark National Coworking Day next month (June), 14 of Devon’s Work Hubs will be offering a free one-day trial to new clients.

The work hubs participating in the event are offering people the opportunity to work from their local hub, with the majority of them providing free work spaces on Monday 6 June and Tavistock Enterprise Hub on Thursday 9 June.

Heat networks that will use Energy from Waste to be developed in East Devon and London with support of funding awarded through the Government’s Heat Networks Investment Project (HNIP).

Over £250 million of funding has been awarded to heat network schemes under the Heat Networks Investment Project (HNIP) since it opened its doors to applicants in 2018.
