Stagecoach has confirmed its ongoing commitment to the armed forces by extending its new policy of free travel for veterans and military personnel to include cadets who wish to attend remembrance services. Free travel will be valid on its bus and tram services right across the UK on Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday.

First Sea Lord Cadet Corporal William Darnbrough, a year 9 pupil at St Peters CofE School in Exeter attended his 1st official engagement this week, travelling to London to take part in the prestigious and historic biennial Beat the Retreat ceremony at Horseguards, followed by a reception at Admiralty House.
William and his fellow ten First Sea Lord Cadets hold the position for one year, their next engagement is at Whitehall on June 13th.
