Andy Short has been appointed as head chef at ISCA, the restaurant at voco Zeal Exeter Science Park .
He brings his expertise in environmentally-focused cuisine to the property, which is due to open in January 2025 as IHG’s first ever net zero carbon hotel.

Acclaimed chef restaurateur and hotel owner, Michael Caines has announced the appointment of Liam Finnegan as Group Executive Chef of the Michael Caines Collection as of 8th September 2020. The news follows Michael’s recent acquisition of former Rick Stein Restaurant in Porthleven, Cornwall.
