One of the shows, Spark! is a mesmerising thirty minute group display that combines high impact drumming with kaleidoscopic lighting. Arco street performance in Princesshay, Exeter Princesshay and Visit Exeter have announced dates for two large-scale street performances coming to the city centre this festive season.
The first of the two free shows is ‘Arco’, a magnificent fifteen minute display of acrobatics, performed to music from a 12 metre high inflated arch. Three 15 minute performances starting at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm will wow shoppers in Princesshay Square on Thursday 30th November. The giant arch features its own light show, changing colour while framing the amazing aerial performer.
This year Roman Walk in Princesshay, Exeter will become home to 35 Christmas Trees as part of the annual Charity Christmas Tree Festival.
The Charity Christmas Tree Festival will officially be opened by the Lord Mayor on Friday 17th November at 5pm, and will feature its own mini lights switch on as part of the celebrations. The Christmas Tree Festival will include thirty-five trees decorated by various local charities including Children’s Hospice South West, Princesshay’s charity of the year.
