An opportunity to share memories of going to the cinema in the UK during the 1940s, 1950s and 60s is being provided on 13th June at the University of Exeter’s Bill Douglas Cinema Museum between 2pm and 5pm.
Members of the public are invited to attend the free event, and after a brief presentation, to reminisce over tea or coffee about films seen and enjoyed during this period. To recall favourite stars from Elizabeth Taylor to Gina Lollobrigida, and to share their general experience of going to the movies.

Tractor Ted is making his debut at Toddler Time at the Exeter Picturehouse with its hit film All About Tractors.
“Young children love watching real life farm action,” says Alexandra Heard, the creator of Tractor Ted.
“It really has to be seen to be believed – and All About Tractors is one of our favourite films packed full of what we like best – Tractors!

Arts and community folk from across South Devon are being invited to come along to the Pavilions Teignmouth Open House event on Saturday 28 March. The free event is being held at The Riviera Bar Cafe, Teignmouth from 1-3.30pm.

Come along to the next Scout's Pop-Up cinema screenings at the Scout Hut in Heavitree, Exeter. Our next film is on Friday 6th March at 7pm - we'll be showing a popular classic sci-fi film for all the family, followed by a later film starting at 9pm.
