South Devon’s multi award-winning holiday park, Cofton Holidays, has received planning permission to build a collection of 12 luxury lodges, which are due to be completed in 2020.
Located near the pretty coastline at Dawlish Warren, construction work has started on the bespoke Copse Lodges collection and is set to be completed by next spring.
