Motorists travelling from Topsham to Exeter are being urged to allow extra time for their journey over the next four weeks due to urgent repairs being carried out on an unstable wall in Station Road.
From Sunday (7 October) the city-bound lane of Station Road, Topsham, will be closed to enable essential repairs to get underway on a Grade 2 listed wall next to the road. A new book aiming to help people who struggle with their mental health is now being crowdfunded. Riding the Storms is a compilation of stories, poems, photography and artwork created by people who are reflecting on, and even embracing, the pain of their mental suffering.
This book has been made possible through the support of Recovery Devon, but has been developed and driven by writers and artists passionate about its importance.

No fewer than 15 professional wind players, all recent graduates from London’s world-renowned Royal Academy of Music, will join Exeter Philharmonic Choir on 10th November to perform in Bruckner’s splendid Mass in E minor at Exeter Cathedral.
