Exeter’s Summer Film School will be held at Poltimore House from 3 – 7 August.
It offers children aged between 10 and 13 a unique opportunity to create their own short film. Leading independent education recruitment specialist, Classpeople, warns of the impact on education created by over-sized classrooms following a statistical report by the Department for Education.
The report outlines a 2.1% increase in the number of children in state funded primary schools.

Nearly 99 per cent of Devon children have been offered a place at one of their chosen primary schools for this September.
Over 94 per cent of the families who applied to Devon County Council have been offered their first choice school.
And 98.5 per cent of applicants were offered one of their three preferences – 3.6 per cent were offered their second preference and 0.7 per cent their third preference.
