When a community project in Exeter asked for people's views and ideas for a new building they didn’t quite expect the overwhelming number of volunteers who came forward to help. The Exeter Sheep Trail is being launched next week (Fri 25th Nov) when a variety of knitted sheep will be displayed in local shop windows.
The trail is a community project being run by Isca Church and over the past few weeks’ enthusiastic local knitters have been busily creating a fabulous flock of more than 30 woolly sheep.

New homes being built for people in Exeter are set to help generate £100,000 for a community project in Pinhoe.
A report is to come before councillors at Exeter City Council next month recommending £100,000 of funds are allocated to support the development of Pinhole Community Hub.
