Our Gatherings are friendly affairs, held on the second Wednesday of every month, join the team for a demonstration in the restaurant. Our theme for 2014 will be Cooks Clubs around the world.
As the ingredients are made into your lunch, enjoy a leisurely aperitif in the lounge and mingle with your fellow cooks. Then head back to the restaurant to enjoy a 3 course lunch (including the monthly demonstrated dish).
Chef and the team will be taking you on a culinary trip, along paths less well tread using the best seasonal ingredients available.
Can anything be more rewarding than making your own bread? At Manna from Devon Cooking School they make bread as it should be made, using first-class ingredients, lots of time and heaps of respect. Join passionate, professional baker David Jones on his new ‘Bread and Baking in a Wood-Fired Oven’ course and allow his enthusiasm to rub off whilst gaining the confidence to regularly make your daily bread.
