Cooks Clubs
Our Gatherings are friendly affairs, held on the second Wednesday of every month, join the team for a demonstration in the restaurant. Our theme for 2014 will be Cooks Clubs around the world.
As the ingredients are made into your lunch, enjoy a leisurely aperitif in the lounge and mingle with your fellow cooks. Then head back to the restaurant to enjoy a 3 course lunch (including the monthly demonstrated dish).
Chef and the team will be taking you on a culinary trip, along paths less well tread using the best seasonal ingredients available.
Our last stop of the year will be England:
Wednesday 8th October: English starters – Classics like potted shrimps, soused mackeral and pork pate. Aperitif: Plymouth Gin & Tonic
Wednesday 12th November: Cooking with Game – Simple dishes with feathered and furred game. Aperitif: A glass of English Red
Wednesday 10th December: Proper Puddings – Good old English puddings, apple pie, Cambridge cream and trifle. Aperitif: A glass of Peddlebed fizz
