Exeter Chiefs chairman Tony Rowe OBE says it's testament to the 'fantastic backing' the club receive from its loyal supporters that season ticket sales have risen again ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.

Ahead of what will be the Devon club's ninth year in the Gallagher Premiership, the Chiefs have recorded a 11% increase in season ticket sales compared to last season.

As well as the excitement of the upcoming top-flight season, plus another hugely impressive season last term - one which included reaching a third successive Premiership Final and also capturing the Anglo-Welsh...

Chiefs 34 Sharks 19

As the final prep is made to Harry and Meghan’s big day on May 19, so the planning is already being put in place for Exeter’s showpiece occasion on the same day.

The Chiefs already knew they had home advantage for next month’s semi-final showdown at Sandy Park, but they helped rubber-stamp their authority in the Aviva Premiership by collecting a maximum haul against visiting Sale Sharks.

Tries from Nic White White, Lachie Turner, Jack Yeandle and Greg Holmes were the highlights of another decent display from Rob Baxter’s side, whose latest victory on home turf ensured they...

Sale will provide Chiefs with the 'perfect test' says Hepher

Ali Hepher believes his Exeter Chiefs side face the ‘perfect test’ when Sale Sharks provide the opposition at a packed-out Sandy Park tomorrow (3pm). With just two rounds of the scheduled Aviva Premiership season remaining, the defending champions already know they will have home advantage when the play-offs kick into action midway through next month. However, the chance to top the table – for the first time – after 22 rounds, plus the intense battle for a place within the first team ranks means the Chiefs are fully focused on the task ahead. The Sharks, meanwhile, will arrived in Devon...

Nowell's raring to go again

Jack Nowell says he's aiming to make up for lost time by helping to play a lead role in Exeter's Aviva Premiership title defence.

The Chiefs, England and British Lions winger marked his return to competitive action for the first time in six weeks when he scored a second half brace in last Sunday's 46-10 victory over Gloucester at Sandy Park.

That win - Exeter's 14th in 19 league starts this term - ensured Rob Baxter's side became the first team this season to ensure their place in next month's end of season play-offs, even though there are still three rounds of the regular...

Exeter Chiefs 46 Gloucester 10

Watching England head coach Eddie Jones was given plenty to ponder as he watched defending Aviva Premiership champions Exeter Chiefs seal their place in this season’s play-offs with an emphatic six-try victory over visiting Gloucester.

With a glut of Red Rose talent to peruse on the lush Sandy Park turf, Devon’s finest served up a sumptuous Sunday treat to maintain their position at the summit of the table.

First half tries from international duo Alec Hepburn and Sam Simmonds, plus another from Olly Woodburn, paved the foundations for the victory, which was sealed with a...

Chiefs side to face Gloucester

Ali Hepher says the time has come for Exeter Chiefs to "get the hammer down" and propel themselves ever closer to the Aviva Premiership play-offs.

With just four rounds of the regular season remaining, the defending champions currently sit top of the pile, eight points clear of next best Saracens, and ten clear of third-place Wasps.

It's a perfect position for Devon's finest to find themselves in, but head coach Hepher acknowledges the Chiefs must look to strengthen their grip on proceedings, starting with Sunday's clash against Gloucester at a packed out Sandy Park (3pm...
