East Budleigh Village will be holding its annual Scarecrow Festival from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 June. There will be an entertaining and varied programme of events together with a fabulous display of scarecrows throughout the village.
The Village Hall will provide the main focus for the Festival. Bacon Baps, Cream Teas and hot and cold drinks will be served from 11am - 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Beautiful flowers will fill this historic church and the scarecrows will be parish-wide, in the theme of nursery rhymes (map provided).
A hunt the clue based around both flowers and scarecrows will keep the whole family absorbed. In the new Parish Hall next to the church will be an arts and craft exhibition, plant and cake stalls and refreshments- ploughman's lunches, cream teas cake and beverages.
