This Saturday 30th January is the last of this seasons Sportshall sessions, hosted by the award winning South West Athletics Academy at the Riverside Leisure Centre.
Held between 10-11:30am this popular event is open to children between the ages of 4 and 14. Sportshall is a fantastic way for children to experience lots of different athletics activities under one roof.
With a variety of specialised equipment available, Sportshall is fun, exciting and successfully introduces children to a variety of athletic disciplines.

Record numbers of entries have been received for this Sunday’s England Athletics South West Championship and Inter Counties 2014.
Organised by South West Athletics Academy, this is the largest athletics championship in the south west.

Budding athletes inspired by the 2014 Commonwealth Games can test their talent for sprinting and high jump on South West Athletics Academy’s portable running track and high jump in Princesshay Square, Exeter from 10am – 4pm tomorrow (Friday 1 August).
Wayne Pearce, Princesshay Centre Director, said: “Anyone inspired to try athletics for themselves is invited along to Princesshay to see how high they can jump and how fast they can run.
