A Pacifist’s Guide to the War on Cancer is an all-singing, all-dancing examination of life with a cancer diagnosis. This brand new musical takes you on a whistle-stop tour through five unconventional stories about cancer, confronting the highs and lows of the scariest word we know.

Bryony Kimmings creates fearless theatre to provoke social change. Her latest collaboration with Complicite will look behind the poster campaigns and pink ribbons at the reality of cancer: the waiting rooms and chemo suites, the changed bodies, the family pressures and financial worries.

Following last year’s critically acclaimed sold out run, Orange Tree Theatre and English Touring Theatre in association with Exeter Northcott Theatre present French Without Tears, the sparkling comedy by Terence Rattigan at the Exeter Northcott, 16-24 September.

After a group of young men arrive at Monsieur Maingot’s French school for the summer to cram for the Diplomatic exam, their concentration is disrupted by beautiful visitor Diana Lake. Quelle surprise, they must learn another new language: girls.

Untold Theatre and Yellowbelly Theatre are producing a version of ‘The Tempest’, touring theatres and community venues in the UK this Autumn.

This radical revamp of Shakespeare’s classic will combine News Footage, digital projections and live action. The show imagines the world during the year 2020: exploring the European Migration Crisis and asking ‘What happens next?’.
