Love Topsham has unveiled plans for the town’s Christmas celebrations - and once again they’re set to be amongst the best in the south west.
Festivities start on November 24 with the Christmas Lights Switch On at the town’s Matthews Hall. From 4.30pm there will be a samba band in illuminated festive outfits plus unique large-scale puppetry to entertain crowds.
