The family of Daniel Foale, who died following a three-vehicle collision in Totnes at the weekend, pay tribute to a son, brother, grandson and friend who ‘lit up every room he entered’.

Police are appealing for witnesses of a fatal collision near Totnes on the Friday 14th February. Richard Golborn, a 47-year-old man from Plymouth, was travelling on the A385 from Totnes to Avonwick when at around 2pm his car, a black Ford Focus, left the road and collided with a tree. Members of the public stopped and assisted with first aid for Mr Golbron but his injuries tragically proved to be fatal. Police investigating the Christmas Day burglary at Bridgetown Post Office, Totnes, are appealing for information about a wooden post that was left at the scene. The post was marked Torbay Totnes Trail, John Musgrave Trail, and County Road, Devon County Council. Officers hope that someone who regularly walks the trail may be able to pinpoint where the sign was taken from.
