Details of the third annual Salcombe ‘Live’ music and comedy festival have been released. Starting on Friday 7th October and running until Sunday 9th October 2022, this free weekend of live entertainment will bring together famous faces from the world of folk, funk, swing, ska, jazz and blues music, alongside a smattering of stellar stand-up comedy artists, and entertainers.

The Devon Art Society´s Summer Art Show with works for sale, will be held at St. Anne’s Hall, Babbacombe. There will be hundreds of paintings on display. The artists are showing works covering classical themes such as floral, still-life, figurative and landscape as well as seascape subject matters and some abstracts too.
For the past few weeks composer / technologist Simon Belshaw has been working on a project to create a soundmap of recordings in various locations in the Exeter area that he passed through on his daily exercise whilst we have been in lockdown. All these recordings were made in line with the Government advice on 'Staying safe outside your home' and 'Staying at home and away from others'.

The TAAG Community Centre was created from a derelict commercial garage 10 years ago and since then has been serving the local community with arts and well-being workshops, galleries and related facilities.
The Council planned to demolish it as part of their development plans but strong local support led to the building being offered to TAAG to buy.

The Devon Art Society together with the Brixham Art Societies and the Torbay Guild of Artists (TGA) will be staging the Riviera Art Fair at the Spanish Barn, Torre Abbey, Torquay. The TGA are combining the event with their annual exhibition and prize giving also displaying ceramics and sculptures. There will hundreds of wonderful paintings on display.
