In a programme of poetry and music inspired by our beautiful countryside, Michael Morpurgo, Clare Morpurgo and Carol Hughes will be sharing their favourite poems, alongside the Iddesleigh String Quartet performing music by Elgar, Haydn, Max Richter and Vaughan Williams.

Powderham Castle, a historic gem nestled in the heart of South Devon, is set to transport visitors to a winter wonderland with the return of its highly-anticipated Christmas at the Castle event, which this year sees the introduction of a BSL Christmas grotto.

As part of this magical celebration, Powderham Castle invites visitors to experience the historic grounds in a whole new light.
