We are holding a Forces/Services Charity Fun Day at Exeter Saracens RFC which is raising funds for two charities (Pawsome Pensions & Purple Poppy). Our theme is Dress Up Rugby and we have our senior team who will be playing against teams from the forces and services, all wearing a dress along with other side events such as a fun run, and tug of war contest. We have a military band coming and the Cold Stream Guards are bringing a climbing wall. Lots of stalls, bouncy castles and rugby rodeo.

Luxury housing estate developer, Burrington Estates, made clear its intention to build on a St Leonard’s playing field on Wednesday.
Surprising local residents, it placed large signs advertising its “Homes of Distinction” around the field, opposite the main road junctions.

Over 700 animal lovers and their dogs came together at Powderham Castle in Exeter last weekend (Saturday 13 April) to take part in Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s Muddy Dog Challenge. The event, which is proudly supported by Seresto flea and tick control collar, has raised around £70,000 so far, which will go towards the vital care of the thousands of homeless animals that Battersea helps every year.
