Day 1 – Understanding your business purpose and leading your business forward through aligning goals, people and systems for sustainable success

Learn the Sampson Hall seven step process to business success. You will take this process back into your business to increase:

Day 2 – Create your businesses bespoke strategy and plan with expert help and guidance

The seven steps will be used to define your individual strategy and plan. You will leave with clearly defined goals, tasks, a risk matrix, talent management and clear organizational priorities. All of which can be tracked and measured.
