Another brew? Second Herbal Tea Bar in Honiton
Medical herbalist Jayne Palmer of Roots To Health is holding another herbal tea bar in Honiton
this Saturday (27th June) as part of Herbal Medicine Week, organised by the Exeter-based
National Institute of Medical Herbalists.
Jayne held her first free tea tasting last Saturday (20th June). She’s now repeating the event so
that people who couldn’t make it don’t miss out on the chance to enjoy a herbal cuppa and
healthy refreshments. They can also find out about the benefits of herbal beverages and how
they can be used to treat common ailments and other health issues.
Roots to Health is offering a 20% discount to all new clients who book this week..
Jayne says: “Many people don’t realise that herbs have been used since the beginning of time
as a remedy for ailments. As a medical herbalist, I can help treat a wide range of conditions
physical and emotional. People who’ve never tried herbal medicine before are often amazed by
the power of plants and how well herbs work!”
“This is a great opportunity for people to try a variety of herbal teas, and find out more about the
many uses of herbal medicine.”
The event is being held from 12 4pm at the Chiropractic Health Centre at 193 Honiton High
Street. A selection of dried and fresh herbal preparations will be available to buy.
