On 9 June the University of Exeter will bring you its very own Glastonbury: A daylong performing arts festival at Poltimore House.

Featuring music from the University’s Soul Choir, comedy from leading Exeter stand-up Tim McNiven and a wide range of theatre, new writing, dance and film in the form of performances, exhibitions, workshops and stalls.

Arts on the Move seeks to merge the old with the newand in a single day, in a single place, it offers its audience the chance to get involved with a multitude of up and coming contemporary performance in an exciting historic venue.

Located in the charming Poltimore House and Grounds, this festival began as a way to raise money for, and celebrate, the listed building’s heritage.

Founded by University of Exeter students, the festival in its second year offers a showcase of student work alongside local acts to celebrate the wealth of talent in the South West. Performances can be enjoyed with a slice of delicious pizza in one hand and a cocktail in the other as guests soak up the Exeter summer sun.

Transport to Poltimore can be included in the ticket and buses will run from North Park Road on Streatham Campus. We welcome you from noon-10pm to come and discover the talent of tomorrow.

Tickets £5 standard, £7 with transport from North Park Road Bus Stop on the Streatham Campus
