Chefs at Strada in Princesshay are sharing their skills and knowledge to teach families how to make pizzas at a special half term workshop on Sunday 27 October, in aid of WESC Foundation, Princesshay's nominated charity of the year.

Sami Alhuwaidi, Deputy Restaurant Manager, Strada, says, “Encouraging young people to cook and enjoy good food is important to us and we hope the families joining in will pick up new skills and have fun together.”

The hands-on workshop from 10.30am to 12.30pm will give parents and children the chance to create classic Italian style pizzas with an experienced chef. From creating and stretching pizza dough to choosing traditional topping combinations, workshop guests will learn new techniques and get to eat their own creations.

Any families hoping to hone pizza making skills during half term should contact Strada on 01392 432 727 to reserve a place. Workshop places are £5 per person, all proceeds will go to WESC Foundation. All families taking part in the workshop will receive a 20% Strada loyalty card.
